Local Expertise
Years of siding work around the metro taught us the material packages the builders here used. The Johnson County subdivisions of the eighties and nineties went up in thin hollow-back vinyl, and the ranches on the Missouri side often carry hardboard or the aluminum that came before it. After twenty-odd years of Kansas City summers they read the same way from the driveway: chalky under your hand, faded on the walls that take the afternoon sun, loose where the wind has worked at the corners.
Where two houses stop resembling each other is the part you actually care about: your brick, your trim, the wall nobody ever sees, and the front you have been meaning to do something about for years. That is the real upside of siding reaching this age. You are not only buying the color back, you get to fix the details that never quite worked, the trim you inherited from the builder and the wall that never had enough insulation behind it.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Kansas City Specifics
The sun-facing walls fade and chalk years before the shaded ones do, which is why one side of a house can look a decade older than the other. Fade-resistant finishes hold their color, so the house still matches itself in ten years.
Craneboard’s built-in insulation reduces thermal bridging and air infiltration. That is what pays off in a metro that runs the furnace hard in January and the air conditioner hard in July.
Metro streets rarely share one look, so the right answer is often a combination. Versetta Stone panels fasten straight to the wall with no mortar and no masonry footings, which is how we add stone to a front without rebuilding it.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
Yes. Our siding crews run the whole metro, from Parkville and Liberty down through Kansas City to Overland Park, Olathe and Lee’s Summit. Permits are handled city by city, and we pull the ones your address needs.
Many Johnson County neighborhoods and the newer Missouri-side subdivisions review exterior color and material. We hand you the profile and color specifications to submit, and we schedule the order around your approval date.
