Local Expertise
We have sided a lot of homes in Chesterfield, so we know the material packages the builders used here and how they behave after twenty or thirty years. The vinyl is usually what goes first: chalky under your hand, faded on the walls that take the afternoon sun, cracked where hail has found it.
Material defects and wear are where the similarities end. No two homes on the same street take siding quite the same way: your brick, your trim, and how much afternoon sun the front wall gets all change what works. So we bring full-size samples and hold them against the real thing before anything is ordered, over a wall assembly that is a real step up from the original.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Chesterfield Specifics
Chesterfield’s builder package almost always puts siding above brick or stone at grade. Versetta Stone® lets us carry that masonry character into a wainscot, column wrap or entry surround, with no mortar and no footings to dig.
Missouri humidity pushes moisture into wall assemblies all summer. Craneboard over a proper weather-resistive barrier, with correctly lapped flashing at every penetration, lets that wall dry instead of holding water.
Two-story Chesterfield homes present broad, unbroken walls where uneven fading is impossible to miss. Craneboard’s fade-resistant designer colors hold their tone across the full height of the wall.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
That is the main design question here, since so much of the local stock pairs siding above masonry. We bring full-size samples to hold against your actual brick in daylight, because a color that works on a chip rarely behaves the same on the wall.
Yes, and we do a great deal of it. We document damage in the detail an adjuster expects, meet them on site where that helps, and take it through to a finished exterior rather than a patched one.
