How long does a window replacement take?
Most homes are completed in one to two days once the units arrive. We remove, install, insulate, seal and trim each opening the same day it is opened, so your home is never left exposed overnight.
Do you replace the whole frame or just the glass?
It depends on the condition of the existing frame. Where the frame is sound we can install an insert unit; where there is rot or water damage we recommend a full-frame replacement so the problem is actually solved.
Do I need a permit for window replacement in Jefferson County?
It depends on whether your address is inside a city. Arnold, Festus, Hillsboro and the other municipalities each issue their own, and unincorporated addresses go through Jefferson County. We find out which one you are before we order anything.
We are on a private lake. Does the association get a say?
