Local Expertise
Most homeowners here call us about one wall. The side that faces the afternoon and has gone chalky and pale, the corner the wind has worked loose, the front that has never looked like the rest of the house. What you want out of it matters more than the square footage: your brick, your trim, and the front you have been meaning to change for years.
What we do know going in is the panel. Olathe’s subdivision waves went up in a thin builder-grade vinyl, and once it has gone brittle the chalk and the loose corners are not something you talk your way out of. The part worth your attention is everything that gets opened up alongside it: the soffit and fascia two stories off the ground, the gable ends nobody has touched since the house was framed, the trim you never chose in the first place. That is the work you actually get out of a siding job.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Olathe Specifics
The tall unbroken walls on these plans take the wind straight on, and panels work loose at the corners and the gable peaks long before anywhere else. Those are the details worth fastening and flashing properly, because that is where the trouble starts.
Soffit, fascia and gable ends two stories up are the parts that never get maintained, and a siding job is when they finally get dealt with. Gutters hang off the fascia, so a board that has gone soft up there is a gutter problem waiting to happen.
Most Olathe subdivisions with an association review exterior color and material before anything is ordered. We work from the palette yours already allows, and nothing gets ordered until the committee has signed off.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
That is worth taking time over, because brick reads warmer or cooler depending on where the sun is. We hold the panel and trim samples against your own wall at two different times of day before anything gets ordered.
Yes. Our siding crews work Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Overland Park, Gardner, Spring Hill and De Soto, and we pull whichever permit the city requires.
