How long does a window replacement take?
Most homes are completed in one to two days once the units arrive. We remove, install, insulate, seal and trim each opening the same day it is opened, so your home is never left exposed overnight.
Do you replace the whole frame or just the glass?
It depends on the condition of the existing frame. Where the frame is sound we can install an insert unit; where there is rot or water damage we recommend a full-frame replacement so the problem is actually solved.
Does Raymore require a permit for window replacement?
Usually yes. We pull it with the City of Raymore for your address and schedule the work around the inspection. Cass County addresses outside the city limits are handled the same way, just at a different counter.
Can I replace the windows in stages?
