Local Expertise
Two cities share this name in our service area, and a siding job is where confusing them gets expensive. O’Fallon, Missouri is in St. Charles County. O’Fallon, Illinois is in St. Clair County, near Scott Air Force Base. Different counties, different inspectors, different housing, and a material order that has to go to the right one.
The Missouri side is dominated by large two-story subdivision houses: brick or stone across the front, panel on the other three sides, and tall gable walls that carry most of the surface area. The Illinois side has more modest older housing near downtown, where the trim detail is part of the character, alongside newer neighborhoods built to the same pattern as their Missouri counterparts.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
O’Fallon Specifics
A lot of surface area and an association that reviews color. We bring the palette to the estimate and prepare the submittal with the product sheet, so the approval and the order can happen in one pass rather than three.
The older houses carry their proportion in the trim: the frieze, the corner boards, the porch detail. Re-siding without accounting for those flattens the front of the house, so we plan them into the job rather than wrapping over them.
Craneboard adds a continuous insulated layer over the framing, which is the part paint and bare panel cannot do. On a big two-story that shows up on the bill, and on an older house it is often the only practical way to improve the wall at all.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
They have different counters and different subdivision rules, yes. We confirm which applies to your address, and where there is an architectural review we prepare the submittal before anything is ordered.
Closely, and we do it with the material in front of the house rather than from a folder. Full panels, held against your own masonry, looked at in daylight and again in the evening before the order goes in.
