Local Expertise
The cladding on a St. Peters house is almost always original, and it is either hardboard that has swelled along the bottom edge or early vinyl that has gone brittle at the corners. Both fail from the ground up and from the sunny side in, which is why the front can look passable while the west wall is finished.
What is behind it is the part worth checking, and that is not a call anyone makes from the street. We pull a panel, look at the sheathing and the wrap, and show you what is actually there. Then we talk about color, because on a street where the houses sit close, yours is seen against its neighbors rather than on its own.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
St. Peters Specifics
There is not much room between these houses, which changes staging, scaffolding and where the cut station goes. We plan that with you and with the neighbor before the first day, because a re-side is a week of somebody standing very close to their fence.
The bottom courses are where it starts: swollen edges, soft spots under the paint, a wall that sounds different when you knock on it. New material starts high enough off grade and gets flashed so the base of the wall drains rather than wicks.
Lots backing the creek corridors and the detention basins hold damp air longer, especially on the shaded side. A proper drainage plane behind insulated panel is what keeps that moisture moving instead of sitting against the sheathing.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
For a straight re-side, usually not, though we confirm it with the City of St. Peters before anything is ordered. If your subdivision reviews color, we give you the product sheet and the color name to submit.
That is your call and not ours to make. What we will do is bring the panels out and look at them against what is next door as well as against your own brick and roof, so the choice is made in daylight rather than from a folder.
