How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical single-family roof is a one to two day job. We tear off, inspect the deck, dry it in and finish the same trip, and the site is swept before the crew leaves each day.
How do I know whether I need a repair or a replacement?
We inspect first and show you photographs of what we found. If a targeted repair genuinely buys you several more years, that is what we will recommend. Replacing a roof that does not need replacing is not a service.
What happens if there is rot in the decking?
We stop, photograph it and show you before anything covers it back up. Replacement decking is priced by the sheet at a rate you have in writing before the job starts, so it is never a number invented on the day.
The streets near the Square are narrow. Where do the trucks go?
We work that out before the date is set, and on the tighter streets that can mean a smaller load, an earlier start or a spot arranged with a neighbor. It is the kind of thing worth ten minutes at the estimate and a headache on the morning if nobody asks.
