Local Expertise
The roof itself is often the straightforward part here. Judging it is not. Houses on this side of the river sit at odd angles to the street, half a story down or a full story up, with trees between you and most of what you would want to see. Nobody can tell you what your roof needs from the driveway, so we do not try to.
So we come out, get up there and look, then hand you the photographs. If your roof has years left in it, we will tell you roughly how many rather than write a quote you do not need yet. When it is genuinely time, you get a plan that accounts for the ground as well as the shingles.
The Product
A roof is a system, not a stack of shingles. The parts you never see (decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation) decide how long the visible part survives.
Parkville Specifics
Where the truck parks, how material gets up and where the debris comes down are settled before the date is booked. That is what keeps a hillside job to the same schedule as a flat one, and keeps the drive and the beds intact.
Parkville city limits are not a neat line out here, so some addresses permit through the city and others through Platte County. We confirm which one yours falls under and file it before the crew is scheduled.
A lot of homes here have a covered deck or porch roof framed into the house at a shallower pitch. Those tie-ins leak long before the field of the roof does, and they need their own material and flashing rather than a continuation of what is above them.
What You Get
Ice-and-water membrane at eaves and valleys where leaks actually start.
Manufacturer material coverage plus our own workmanship warranty, both in writing.
Magnetic sweeps of the drive and lawn, and debris hauled away, not stacked by the garage.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
A typical single-family roof is a one to two day job. We tear off, inspect the deck, dry it in and finish the same trip, and the site is swept before the crew leaves each day.
We inspect first and show you photographs of what we found. If a targeted repair genuinely buys you several more years, that is what we will recommend. Replacing a roof that does not need replacing is not a service.
Where they are in the way they come down and go back up at the end. If the fascia behind them has gone soft, which happens more often than people expect, we photograph it and show you before anything is closed back up.
Sometimes a limb needs trimming for the crew to work safely, and we will tell you which one and why. We do not take trees down, so if it needs more than a trim we will say so early enough for you to line someone up.
