Local Expertise
The wall that brings us out here is nearly always at the back. It takes the sun, the wind and everything coming off the roof, and it is the side of the house nobody has looked at closely in years. From the street these homes look fine. From the yard they tell a different story.
The other thing this terrain decides is timing. Panel baking on an exposed hillside wall goes brittle years before the same panel on a sheltered street does, so the wall you are worried about and the wall that is genuinely finished are not always the same one. We will tell you where yours actually stands rather than quote the whole house by default.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Parkville Specifics
A wall this tall has to be fastened and flashed for the wind it actually takes, not the wind at the front door. Panel, corners and the joints between courses all get more attention here, because there is nothing above them slowing the weather down.
On a hillside lot the back of the house is what shows from the yard, the deck and often the road below. The trim, the transitions and the vents on that side deserve the same treatment as the front, and it is the most common thing we find skipped.
On a slope, runoff has somewhere to be. We check that downspouts and grade carry water away from the lower level before we close the wall up, because new siding over a wall that keeps getting soaked at the bottom solves nothing.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
With care, because that connection is what holds the deck to the house. We work around the ledger and flash it properly where the new panel meets it. If water has been getting in behind it, and on older decks it often has, we stop and show you rather than cover it up.
Never overnight. We take a section off, inspect it, wrap it and re-side it before the crew leaves, then move to the next one. The house is never stripped down and waiting on tomorrow’s weather.
