How long does a window replacement take?
Most homes are completed in one to two days once the units arrive. We remove, install, insulate, seal and trim each opening the same day it is opened, so your home is never left exposed overnight.
Do you replace the whole frame or just the glass?
It depends on the condition of the existing frame. Where the frame is sound we can install an insert unit; where there is rot or water damage we recommend a full-frame replacement so the problem is actually solved.
Can you replace one unit in the middle of a stacked run?
Yes. Each unit in a run is measured and ordered on its own, so a single fogged window in the middle of a wall of glass can be dealt with without touching the ones either side of it. We will tell you honestly if the others are close behind it.
Do we need a permit in Parkville?
