How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical single-family roof is a one to two day job. We tear off, inspect the deck, dry it in and finish the same trip, and the site is swept before the crew leaves each day.
How do I know whether I need a repair or a replacement?
We inspect first and show you photographs of what we found. If a targeted repair genuinely buys you several more years, that is what we will recommend. Replacing a roof that does not need replacing is not a service.
Do you pull the roofing permit in Shawnee?
Yes. We pull it with the City of Shawnee, post it at the house and schedule the final inspection. You do not need to be home for it.
Can you reroof the addition without doing the whole house?
Sometimes, and it depends on where the tie-in sits and how old the main roof is. What we will not do is leave a new plane draining onto a roof with two years left in it. We will show you the photographs and give you the honest sequence.
