Local Expertise
A lot of houses here are brick and stay brick. Where siding does the work is on the frame houses in the smaller towns, on the ranch streets in Swansea and Fairview Heights, and on the parts of a masonry house that were never masonry: gable ends, porch ceilings, an addition that went on later.
The condition question is the same everywhere, though. What is behind the panel, whether the bottom courses have been drinking, and whether anybody flashed the transitions the last time. We pull a piece and show you rather than quoting a wrap over the top of an unknown.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
St. Clair County Specifics
On a house with plaster walls or a finished lower level, the exterior is the only practical route to a better wall. Craneboard puts a continuous insulated layer over the framing without anybody opening up a room.
The streets in Swansea and Fairview Heights are full of low, long houses where one wavy course shows for forty feet. Panel gets started dead level and hung with room to move, because every run after the first repeats whatever the first one did.
If a transfer or a sale is on the horizon, the whole-house answer is not always the right one. We will price the full job and the targeted one, and tell you which we would do in your position.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
For a straight replacement, usually not, though it depends on your municipality and unincorporated addresses go through St. Clair County. We confirm for your address before anything is ordered.
No, and we would talk you out of it anyway. Brick is doing its job. Where you want the look of the house changed, the honest conversation is about the parts that are not masonry, and about paint, which is not our trade either.
