Local Expertise
On most houses here the siding is the minority of the exterior. Brick or stone across the front, then panel on the gables, the dormer cheeks, a chimney chase and whatever else sits above the masonry. That is a matching job as much as a siding job, and it is the reason a partial re-side either disappears or announces itself.
What we know going in is where the trouble usually is. It is rarely the open field of the wall. It is the chase, the joint where panel meets stone, and the trim that has been caulked and painted so many times nobody remembers what is under it. We open those up, deal with what we find and close them back with a detail that sheds water instead of collecting it.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Leawood Specifics
The transition from stone or brick to siding is the line people see from the street. Done properly it is trimmed and flashed so water leaves the wall. Done quickly it is butted together and caulked, and it fails in about three years.
A sided chase is a box hanging off the house with a roof on top of it, and it takes weather on every side. When one leaks, the water shows up somewhere far from the cause, so the chase gets flashed and detailed as its own structure.
Reaching a gable above a stone entry means staging over plantings and hardscape that cost real money. We plan the access before the crew arrives, protect what is under the work, and hand the yard back the way we found it.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
It can, and that is worth talking about before you order. Fresh panel next to sixty-year-old brick changes what your eye notices. We hold samples against your own wall at two times of day and pick a color that sits with the masonry rather than competing with it.
Yes. Gables, a chimney chase and dormers can be done as their own job now with the rest scheduled later. We will tell you which parts are actually urgent and which can wait a season or two, and we hold your color and product selections on file so the later work matches.
