How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical single-family roof is a one to two day job. We tear off, inspect the deck, dry it in and finish the same trip, and the site is swept before the crew leaves each day.
How do I know whether I need a repair or a replacement?
We inspect first and show you photographs of what we found. If a targeted repair genuinely buys you several more years, that is what we will recommend. Replacing a roof that does not need replacing is not a service.
If we sell the house, does the warranty go with it?
The manufacturer coverage usually transfers, often with a short registration step, and our workmanship warranty transfers to the next owner as well. We will give you the paperwork in a form you can hand over, because it is worth something at closing.
Do you handle insurance work?
We inspect, document what is up there with photographs and give you a written scope you can hand to your carrier. We do not decide what your policy covers, and we will not tell you a roof is a claim when it is simply worn out.
