Local Expertise
The eighties and nineties boom through the middle of Overland Park went up in painted hardboard and cedar, and most of it has been repainted two or three times since. We know how that material reads when it is finished: soft at the bottom course, swollen along the butt joints, holding a coat for three years instead of ten.
What is worth your attention is everything the job touches besides the walls. The brick front that is staying and has to be matched to, the trim you never picked, the soffit and fascia the gutters hang off. Getting those right is what makes a house look deliberate afterwards rather than re-covered.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Overland Park Specifics
A lot of homes here were built brick across the front and panel down the sides and back. The line where the two meet is the detail people actually see from the street, so it gets trimmed and flashed properly instead of butted together and caulked.
Hardboard and cedar keep asking for paint, and every cycle costs more than the last one. Insulated vinyl ends it: the finish is not a coating, so there is nothing left to scrape, prime and repaint on a Saturday.
In the north half the canopy keeps north and east walls damp long after the storm has passed, and that is where the old panel goes soft first. With the wall open we deal with what is behind it, then close it back up with a system built to shed water rather than hold it.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
Yes, and we start there. We work from the list your neighborhood already allows, put the submittal together with the product specifications attached, and nothing is ordered until it comes back approved.
We photograph it and show you before we go any further. Soft sheathing or a wall that has been taking water is not something we cover back up, and you get the cost in writing before the repair happens rather than after.
