Local Expertise
On a Florissant house, siding work is rarely the whole house. The brick is staying, and what needs attention is everything else: the gable ends, the overhangs, the porch ceiling and the family room somebody added at the back in the seventies. Those are the parts that have been painted, wrapped, patched and left alone the longest.
They are also where the house is losing heat and taking water. We look at what is behind the wrap before we quote, because coil aluminum over soft fascia hides more than it protects. Then we plan one material and one color across every surface that is not brick, so the house reads as one building.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
Florissant Specifics
Family rooms and enclosed porches added decades ago were clad in whatever was current that year, and they never matched. New panel across the addition ties it to the rest of the house instead of announcing when it was built.
These are the surfaces nobody has touched since the house went up, and they are where water gets in. We replace rather than wrap over, so what is underneath gets seen and fixed rather than buried for another twenty years.
Gable walls and upper-story framing sit above the masonry and are usually insulated to nothing much. Craneboard adds a continuous insulated layer over exactly those surfaces, which is where the heat is actually leaving.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
For a straight replacement, usually not, though we confirm it with the City of Florissant before ordering. Homes in the Old Town historic district do carry a review, and we build that into the schedule.
Closely, and the way to do it is with the brick in front of you rather than a chip in a folder. We bring full panels, hold them against the wall in daylight, and look again in the evening before anything is ordered.
