Local Expertise
Most of the siding calls we take across this metro start with one wall. The side that faces the afternoon and has gone chalky. The gable nobody can reach. The front that has never matched the brick below it. What you want out of the house matters more than its square footage: the trim you inherited, the color you have never liked, the wall that is always cold on the inside.
The material itself we can usually guess. West county and St. Charles subdivisions went up in thin hollow-back vinyl, and the mid-county ranches often carry hardboard or the aluminum that came before it. That is the upside of siding reaching this age. You are not only buying the color back, you get to fix what never worked and put insulation behind a wall that never had any.
The Product
Every home is different, so we work with two proven lines: Craneboard insulated vinyl for whole-house performance, and Versetta Stone® mortarless veneer for masonry character. They go on alone or together on the same home.
St. Louis Specifics
Half the houses here are masonry on the first floor and something cheaper above it. Versetta Stone panels fasten straight to the wall with no mortar and no masonry footings, so the two halves can be made to agree without rebuilding anything.
Craneboard’s built-in insulation reduces thermal bridging and air infiltration. In a metro that runs the air conditioner hard and then the furnace hard, that is where it pays off.
Plenty of subdivisions here review exterior color and material before anything is ordered. We hand you the profile and color specifications to submit and schedule around your approval date.
What You Get
Continuous insulation behind the panel reduces the thermal bridging that bare studs create.
No scraping, no repainting. An occasional rinse is genuinely the whole maintenance schedule.
A weather barrier behind every panel, sealed penetrations and correctly lapped flashing keep wind-driven rain out of the assembly.
How It Works
We come out, measure, look at what is actually there, and give you a written price with no obligation.
You choose materials, colors and details with samples in hand, and we confirm everything before anything is ordered.
Our own crews do the work, keep the site clean, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
No pressure. Just solutions.

Questions
Most homes take three to six working days depending on size, how complex the home is, and weather. We keep the site cleaned down each evening rather than at the end of the job.
We do not recommend it. Removing the old siding is the only way to inspect the sheathing, correct water damage and install the weather barrier properly, which is where the real performance comes from.
In many metro subdivisions, yes, and the review usually covers both color and material. We give you the specifications to submit and schedule the order around the approval date, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
Yes. We work the city, St. Louis County and St. Charles County. On masonry homes the siding is usually gables, dormers and soffits rather than whole walls, and we price it that way.
