How long does a window replacement take?
Most homes are completed in one to two days once the units arrive. We remove, install, insulate, seal and trim each opening the same day it is opened, so your home is never left exposed overnight.
Do you replace the whole frame or just the glass?
It depends on the condition of the existing frame. Where the frame is sound we can install an insert unit; where there is rot or water damage we recommend a full-frame replacement so the problem is actually solved.
Do you cover the whole metro?
Yes. Our crews work St. Louis County, St. Charles County and the city, from Chesterfield and Wildwood out west through the mid-county municipalities. Tell us the address and we will tell you which crew you get.
Who pulls the permit, and will my subdivision review the design?
We pull it, and which desk we file with depends on your municipality. In a lot of subdivisions the trustees also review window color and grid pattern, so we give you the specifications to submit and plan the order around both dates.
